I'm Penelope Slaney, known to most as Penny. A self-taught painter creating large-format, texture-heavy acrylic works designed to transform the rooms they live in.
Built through layers of paint, mark, and material, each piece carries a physical presence that draws you in before you have even decided to look. My work is rooted in a simple belief: that our surroundings shape how we feel, and that art has the unique ability to shift the energy of a space entirely.
